Document agent instructions and link Bible.md in README.

Adds AGENTS.md and Documentation/Bible.md for AI assistants, and lists Bible in the project documentation index.

+When coding and ask to commit, update documentation first.

+Gite has a bug, always repeat pull, push or other commands twice if failed first time.

+If possible, check context window usage, warn user if it is above 70%.
